Southeast TX Orthopedic Group is a well-established, growing practice seeking an experienced orthopedic spine surgeon to join its team in Katy, Texas. You'll operate within a streamlined care environment featuring onsite physical therapy and X-ray services, keeping your workflow efficient and your patients close. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-quality surgical practice without the burden of heavy hospital call or emergency coverage.
Position Highlights
- Orthopedic spine surgery — 100% outpatient
- 1–2 surgery days per week, scaled to volume
- Approximately 20–40 patients per day depending on visit type
- Practice call only — minimal hospital rounds, no trauma or emergency coverage
- Full-time employed position with a well-established orthopedic group
- Onsite physical therapy and X-ray for integrated, efficient patient care
- State-of-the-art facilities
- Post-training experience preferred

Candidate Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Texas medical license
- Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training and spine focus
- Minimum 5 years of orthopedic spine practice experience following training
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining a busy outpatient spine practice
- Local candidates strongly preferred
