Job Summary
Full Time, Days
The Orthopedic Technician will be responsible for the daily involvement of all orthopedic surgical cases and will also follow up post procedure on floors for evaluation of physician needs met by staff, equipment/traction/PCM, etc. or for calls for casting materials on floor/ER. OR supplies/instrumentation needs and schedule review as noted in JD.
Qualifications
Education:
HS education. College Preferred. Surgical Tech or above
Experience:
15+ years perioperative experience primarily orthopedics
Certification
preferred certification in Ortho and surgical technology
