Our New Grad RN Residency offers a 12‑month curriculum with hands-on learning, small patient ratios, and a dedicated preceptor so you never feel like you’re on your own. You can explore areas like ICU, ED, and stepdown with clear pathways at both Rock Hill and Fort Mill. You’ll also have direct exposure to and mentoring from nursing leadership, including the CNO, so you can start mapping out your long-term career from day one.
